Hi All
I am the proud new owner of a Fiat Coupe 20v Turbo. I need help in understanding what work I need to do or what parts are required to get the rear suspension past the dreaded MOT man.
The fail is for rot. There is a cone shaped piece of metal that the rear spring sits around where it joins the upper arm/body. That has rotted badly. Is it a separate part that can be replaced like a mounting strut or is it a fabricated part of the suspension arm? I will try to attach photographs if I can work out how to do so.
Please anyone with knowledge of these cars, if you could help me I would be extremely grateful as I don't want to start stripping down the whole rear suspension without knowing what exactly it is I am trying to achieve.
Many thanks
Phil.
