Hi there,

I’m having a problem with my fiat doblo cargo. The back door (split) shuts but the bottom of the near side sticks out - see attached images.

Does anyone know why this happens?

Thanks
Max

Hi,

The door hinges have a little bit of adjustment in them, the holes in the hinges are a bit bigger than the bolts that pass through them.
You can make small adjustments to improve alignment, perhaps not enough to fully cure your situation.

Cheers

Ron

No hinges that side of door, look at the lower door catch fixed receiver looks to be out of adjustment.(Torx bit)
Are the hinges free or do you have to use force to move if so drill holes in moving part of hinge do all 4 as picture 3mm angled down so they will take oil, you will feel drill hit hinge pin just dimple the pin, every one we have had became tight

That's just happened to my cargo a couple of weeks ago,the bottom lock is not atcuating, last time I had this a couple of years ago a nut had dropped off a rod but I have had to leave it be at the moment as I don't have any inside space to work at the moment .

Are you saying the lower latch had tripped shut causing the door to twist\bend at the bottom
