124 Spider (2016+) Rust bubble

We purchased a pre registered (2017) Spider. It's done under 2000 miles and has developed a small but worrying rust bubble under the drivers door handle. Just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with claims re paintwork through Fiat

Hi.

Looking at its location.. its likely to be a tiny nick in the paint..key damage..

And it has oxisided under the layers.

Obviously it is well within any warranty.

The paint warranty used to be 8 years.. reliant on 'annual inspections'

These were traditionally part of its annual service.

Personally I would visit site of purchase 1st.
But warranty is with FIAT UK
. Not the dealer..

So IF it needs to go through FIAT choose a place that works for YOU.
