I guys, My wife's Fiat Seicento has had to have a new alternator, and hence we have had a problem with the engine mount, which has now had it.... can anyone help with finding a reasonable part ( Engine Mount)?

Anyone breaking a similar car?

loads on ebay for about £40. looks like there is a difference between the sporting (1.1) and the rest of the range.

doesnt appear to be any used parts in the uk on ebay. you could contact a breakers yard for one.

Thanks for the suggestion, the local garage tried that and turned up a knackered one from the local breaker, so I have retrieved the car back to do it myself eeeek, and there only other suggestion was to buy one from Italy at £150

Hi its a petrol, probably 1.1 L I need to confirm that and have a look round to see what I can find, the local garage went to the local breakers but the one y received was knackered, and there only other option was to buy one from Italy for £150, so I retrieved the car back.

They have both type mounts in ebay for £40ish. Just need to confirm which engine you have to find the right one.

They normally last pretty well tbh so you were unlucky to find a knackered one from a breakers

I would ask your good lady, she's the one insuring it so she would have had to declare the engine size when she did.

The details will also be on the registration doc.

When you say 'right hand', is that looking from the front or sitting in the car?
