just joined, this site, as will proberly need lots of info, on parts and DIY FIXES, just got a 2007 Doblo active M-jet 1.3 diesel with wheel chair rear end, a few things wrong with it, nothing I can not fix, fingers crossed, now, over the last 30 odd years I have driven a 3 wheeler, a plastic pig,
now I can strip it down and put it together blindfolded, old school, now dur to me retiring at 57 , have upgraded to a 4 wheeled Veh, dur to me be doing a lot of fishing, needed a estate type car, to sleep and plus fishing kit, but ales, could not get my hands on a ford escort estate, the old type, square shaped, a bit behind the times, most cars now adays are all slopy and air-o-di-matic, you lose a lot of space at rear of Veh, so, looked for a boxy type car/van(ish) with windows, could only find around 4/5 types, that where to my liking, so after 5 days on internet, found a veh to my specs 10 miles away, Bagshot, did view a few other makes, but all had seats in back, no good for me, any way, a friend gave me a left, now this is true, she is on the over 75yrs side, blind as a bat, she nearly killed me 3 times, :dead: I nearly needed a change of underpants, its true, any way got there, looked at Veh, went for a drive, drove ok, now, do I get it, drive back in it, or go back and risk getting killed, in friends car, so, got it, signed all paper work, had a haggle or 2, went to get me credit card, Noooooooo , not in wallet, left it on table, what the hell do I do now, go back with friend, then come back tomorrow and risk being killed, than an idea I got, there was no way I was going back in her car, me hart could not take it, so, went on me hands and knees, and asked her if I could borrow her credit card, did explain what I had done, she called me a few names, which this being a family site, I cannot print, gave me her card, "YES" , so got car, she drove off, I drov home, all done, gave her back the money next day, plus a few Lts of Gin, now adapting it for me fishing kit, , sold me 3 wheeler for 3 creates of beer, so I am happy as a fish in water, the best bit was, they turned up with a van and tow rope/bar, to tow it away, , you cant tow a plasic pig, laughing me head off I was, they turned up today with trailer and took it way, never had a car before with a computer in, it keeps singing to me, every time I put key in hole, hope you all had a good laugh reading this
