1964 was a good year, and 54 later I find myself begging for your help regarding wiring on a 500c :worship:
Anyone with a wiring diagram that highlights whats going on in the n/s/f area...what the plugs areal for would be a great help..
Muchas Gracias :)

Thanks for the words of encouragement JR...(y)
John202020....I'm rebuilding a front end, figured most of the plugs; horn, running and main headlamps but there's a spare plug with nowhere to stick it, only 2 wires; green/white & black (the rad pack I bought doesn't have anything on it on nearside)

Hi there, I’m also 54 and am on my 32nd 500. I believe what you have there is the loom for front fog lights. I’ve had a few cars that haven’t had the lights but have had the loom. You can fit the lights and then just activate them on the ECU using MES. You don’t even need to change the switch although you can change it to make it look more factory finish.

Found it, front fog lights

You are all superstars...!(y)
Heater not working but there's plenty threads on that one....seems a little bit of bust plastic can cost a small mortgage...!:bang:

That’s why the lord gave us eBay [emoji16] I recently bought the lights, surrounds, joining cable and replacement switch panel all for just £40. I’m assuming you’ve put a new rad in? If so s bit of air bleeding should push it through to get the heater working.

Yes bud, complete s/h front end cost me £500 on top of a cat D winning bid of £900 from Copart for an 09 500c.
I can see a bleed screw on the rad but anywhere else to bleed?
:worship:

Found the blighter(y)
Took it all the way out....which was a mistake:cry:
Lost a bit of coolant as it jetted out after cranking engine....but airlock gone and heater operational.
Muchas Gracias amigo:worship:

Oh, and yes the model does have AC....system was dry as rad and condenser both had holes in. I'll plan to get AC filled by mobile man in next few days.

Al finished bar new plates (has personalised plate, so had to wait for old number to be reassigned)
Roof works splendid.
Will post pics tomorrow.
