500L Missfire

Evening all, have bought my daughter a 2008 1.4 16v fiat 500 which has a miss fire on cylinder 4, coil packs changed, brand new ngk plugs, but miss fire still there, when checking spark noticed spark on no. 4 jumping all over plug except where supposed too, no combination of coil pack and plug makes any difference, hellpp, goy very upset daughter!!
