This is the Exact Problem . Front wheel Fender gap is different in both the wheels . Left side is perfect , but right side is having gap

Hi.
Give it a little push-apply pressure.
It is probably loose.. :(

Conventionally the shield is slotted into several other components. Then retained with clips / screws.

Check for empty holes.. where screws are missing.

We do not get your model in the UK.. but I own 2 x GrandePunto.
They are derived from the same GeneralMotors product (astra D)

Hi Charlie ,

Thank you for your reply.

I got your point. Is this normal ?, the gap between two front tyres . Onside is two fingers gap and right side ( driver side 4 finger gap) .

Can you just kindly look your front side wheel clarification.

Thank you

You’d need to post better pictures, of the whole wheel in the whole wheel arch to be able to see what is going on for sure, but in essence either the wheel is in the wrong place because the wheel alignment has been knocked out, or the bumper has been knocked out of place.

We never got the avventura here, this car was specifically built for areas with poor roads, at the end of the day it’s a normal punto with the suspension jacked up, however this makes it more liable to suspension damage as it’s not really an off roader so not built to take much abuse

I will update the the Picture asap.

Problem Facing : 1. while driving right side wheel is jumping and .

2. Car is pulling to right which is wheel have Extra Gap.

3 . While Reverse the car on perfect land or flat area without touching the Steering automatically moving to right . And the same I have tried fully turned the steering to left and took reverse, but again automatically turn to the right side.

Thank you.

You have a failed component.

Something is physically loose.

This needs investigating NOW..!!

Hi Charlie,

Thank you for reply.

Yes something weird in front wheel, last week it’s damaged my Right wheel disk plate. I have changed last week .

Yes i will go with local mechanic. Till now I have done company service, but they are lazy and Fiat South India manager saying “ This Fiat Design , which is one side more gap and one side is less “ lol

I was shocked when he replied like that. And stopped believe the Fiat Service Center. So today searched whole google and found out a Fiat local Mechanic with Five star background. God will help in this issue to sort it out the man made machine.

Thank you

quite possibly a related issue :bang:

these are the parts likely to be at fault

http://eper.fiatforum.com/eper/navi...INT_MODE=0&EPER_CAT=SP&WINDOW_ID=1&GUI_LANG=3

they tie the position of the front wheel hub ( that the wheel attaches to)

Idea..

carefully Place a wheel wrench on the head of a wheel securing bolt ( there are 4..) apply "tightening pressure"..

load the pressure on the Left hand front wheel,
see if the wheel moves around in the wheel-arch ( the gaps you have shown)

then do the same with the Right Hand wheel

if there is anything badly worn / broken .. you should be aple to replicate the movement with hand force.. from the wrench.

this is how I discovered damaged rubber mountings in the suspension arm of my FIAT :(

do let us know what you find.(y)

IMG_0735.JPG. This the new 4 layered Fiat Avventura body cover which will protect all whether. 100 % water resistant and Proof.

Best part is water never stick on this cover like lotus flower. High grade but little bit costly.
