Punto Evo new user with a couple of help requests

hi everyone, im glad I stumbled upon this site, I own a fiat punto evo active 2010 model and have a couple of issues I could do with some help on if possible, the first is the heater/air con control panel , it works but sadly one of the dials is broken so I need to replace the control panel, does anyone know of anywhere I can get a replacement unit from as I have searched everywhere and I cant seem to find any, also the drivers seat tilt forward no longer works, I think the the cable inside has snapped or come loose, sadly I have arthritis so cant easily fix or check myself, does anyone know of any decent places to repair it or a place online that sells replacement car seats .

eBay is a good starting point, plenty of breakers offering used parts and also main fiat dealers selling items cheaper on e bay than they do through there garage due to increased online competition.
