Bought a 2006 doblo 1.3. Engi e management light came on and stayed on. New egr valve fitted. Light went off. Week later back on. Service done light went off. Came back on after about 35 miles and is staying on. Help please.

between egr valve being done and light coming on 35-40 miles approx and about the same after having service done. and about 400 miles after light came on this weekend.
