Hi guys um new to all this forum stuff so please go easy on me but I have an issue with my car starting in that it just won't!!! I put the key in the ignition, turn the key and...... Nothing! No dash lights, No starter motor nothing it's almost as if I haven't even put the key in.
I know the battery is sound as I've had it checked, I know there's power as the interior lights work as do the hazard lights and the radio just nothing when I turn the key.
It did this twice before but after a brief 5 minute wait was ok for a few weeks each time but this time it's not playing.
I've checked every fuse (all ok) I've even sourced a replacement ignition switch (the black box on the end of the ignition barrel) but still no joy.
I'm about at the end of my tether and would rather not pay out an obscene amount on an auto electricition until absolutely necessary.
PLEASE HELP all advice is more than welcome.
