I bought a 15 plate fiat 500l and after only 15000 miles the clutch started slipping so I have had a new clutch. Does the cold affect the clutch as it is still slipping or does anyone have experience of this.

Was it worn, or contaminated?

Who changed clutch?
Did they change the complete clutch kit or just the fiction plate?
If you paid a garage to fix it you need to go back to them and ask them to fix it under warranty.

So if under 3 years should parts and labour be covered by warranty.

A clutch is a consumable item so a time based warranty wouldn't apply it would depend on the millage the vehicle has covered

15000 miles apparently, although I have seen a customer destroy a clutch in 28 miles.

If you had a new clutch and it hasn't fixed the clutch slipping then it wasn't done properly and you didn't get what you paid for.
