How is it for you all and is there any reason I should stay clear look out for?

So are you saying stay away?

No, he saying - if this is a model you're interested in - look further than skin deep. Check for rust, look for lights not working or errors on the dash. Misaligned panels or mismatched colours are signs of accident damage. There's nothing particularly inherent to the Evo, but also consider - with it being a Sporting - that it might not have been handled with the utmost of mechanical sympathy - so also look out for excessive smoke from the exhaust, odd noises from the engine, fluid levels being OK. The usual 'caveat emptor' stuff basically.
