1.2 mpi compression values needed

Hi guys, i just did a dry and wet compression test on my old Palio 1.2 mpi, 2000 model and found the following values:
Piston 1 2 3 4
dry 135 135 135 115 psi
wet 170 180 180 200 psi

What should the actual specs be, assuming the motor was new?.
What would you say is wrong with the motor?, it still goes great, doesn't smoke and is cheap on fuel(16km per liter)
