I got the nuts out but cant pull the rubber bush off. Also the replacements looks very tight and I dont know how I would slide it on to the shaft again. Many many years ago I recall my dad making an improvised tool to pull the bushes off his Ford Transit. Anyone know how to get these off and if any tools on say ebay to buy to pull them off. I have looked on ebay and looked for videos on how to remove the outer bushes but found nothing. I undid and removed the two 10mm nuts on either side of the outer rubber bush but no amount of wiggling and hitting with a hammer made them shift, of course I now realise they are designed to withstand such movement in use so am at a loss how to remove without a special tool. I have uploaded pictures.
