Hi I am a newbie so hopefully I am doing this ok.
I have a 2008 Fiat 500.
I have looked on utube and google to find out help my problem is .
I have only one usb port located just in front of the hand brake beside the cigar lighter it has a windows logo on it!!
I have downloaded lots of music on a memory stick It is formatted in Fat32.
But I cant get any music to play.

What format is your music in?

When you cycle through the source options on the stereo does 'usb' come up?

How much music do you have on the memory stick? I loaded up a 64gb stick and it took hours for the car to play anymore than one track, perhaps it needs time to "read" through all the files?

If memory serves well my 2008 500 could only play music from 16gb stick (or even 8gb) as it got confused with larger capacity sticks

Hi thanks for the reply to my problem with playing music I cut down the files on a stick and it played ok so I must have had too many files.
then i put my music stick on my laptop and found it empty is it possible to wipe the files by accident whilst trying to play them in the car.

What format did you put the music on your stick? As for the erasing not sure, was everything off when you removed it?

Hi thanks I tried a smaller stick with about a dozen files on it and plugged it in then turned on the ignition and media player was displayed and it started playing so you were right I had too much info.
