g'day just signed up, started to look for a workshop manual for my 78 X19 and came across this forum, story goes my son bought this car 16 years ago tried to make it into an on road race car, project got to much, he said Dad call the wrecker, Dad " not on your nelly son push it in the shed " the car has been in my possession ever since. It's on the to do list but it's coming up the list. I gotta do the engine all the wiring, the headlights have been frenched in under the bonnet line ( looks cool) also I've had to build a custom dash mite post a photo later, a friend said I should put a 13B Mazda rotary in he can set it to produce 325 hp don't know though 700 kilo's of motor car, prefer to get the 1300 jumpin first well that's about it for now catch up soon

Sounds good. Some photos would be great. Dellara style headlights sound good. They used fiat 128 fixed headlights I think.

uno turbo engines were always a pretty common swap in these back in the day but can't say there is an abundance of uno turbos about anymore. Maybe a Punto GT engine??
Anyhow, welcome to the forum, hope you stay a while, would love to see some pics of this and follow its progression.

Haynes did a Manual back in the day..
