Hi everyone,

Newbie to Punto (and forums)

Bought a wee Punto mk2, active sport.

Got it to get me to work and back, has just under 60k on the clock.

Didn't pay a lot of money on as it needs a few things done.

Has no spare wheel in it.
No radio in it, thinking of getting a digital one fitted from Halfords.
The bulb warning light stays on despite all the bulbs working.
The heater blower only goes warm when I am driving.
Can hear water gargle behind the dash when it first starts up.
The "rocker" gasket is slightly leaking.
Tail lamp on the passenger side has some water in it at the bottom.
Can feel and hear a vibration when turning the wheel to park or going slow round a junction.

Apart from that I really do enjoy driving it, it's going into a garage to get a look over and see what needs done service wise, hopefully its not TOO much and I can save some money and get the work done.

Hi, I'm also new to this site.

I recently bought a 10 plate Punto Evo. 63k on the clock. Great little bargain tbh.

Hi.and welcome..
Look in the guides..there should be info on most..
The rear brake bulbs are an unusuall wattage..fitting the wrong ones gets the light on..although the H2O WILL NOT HELP..

Cheers Charlie,

Love driving the wee car, spare wheel is on its way, booked in for a service on Friday and will hopefully get a radio fitted at weekend.

The bulb light staying on doesn't bother me too much, as long as its not causing any damage I don't mind it.

The heater blower stopped working at the weekend, gave it a slap and it came back to life, then it was totally dead, checked this morning and it was a loose connection going into the motor, wiggled it about and its working again.
