Great to be here, we've just picked up this little rocket, it needs a lot of tlc but we hope with some help we can get it back up and running again!

I'm originally from the UK and have owned a 97 Gt and a 98 Gt before back in 2003 and when I saw this rare find here in New Zealand my mate and I decided it was time to try and restore it.

I've literally just had it towed home tonight the seller claims that the alternator is gone and there is a burnt main charge wire to the battery, on inspection it seems the inner cv boot has split and the grease has been thrown up onto the alternator.

So anyway, cant wait to get to know you all and thanks in advance for any advice.
