Just joined having recently taken ownership of a 2010 Panda 4 x 4 Cross with 35k miles on it - now 38k after 3 weeks! Previously owned Skoda Fabia diesel with 130k on it which whilst good in snow was not perfect. Previous motoring highlights were Peugeot 205 1.9 GTi many years ago ( f....ing brilliant) VW beetle (original) - OK if you were happy with home maintenance, Skoda Octavia (OK), Renault 5 GTL ( OK for £125), and wife's mini (88 reg - miss being able to repair at home, don't miss having to repair at home!)
Overall really happy with Panda - do 37 miles each way from home across North Yorkshire Moors to work twice a week and between 30 - 100 miles a day on other days - reminds me of the mini when driving and reminds me of motorcycles when having to fill petrol tank frequently, albeit at 57mpg.
I shall be watching in the wings and adding comments as they occur.
