I've currently got sat on the drive since last summer (as being the family's fixer of cars) a black 5 door fiat punto grande (06 reg) with a few issues.
1: faulty power steering (affecting it's mot)
2: fan speed resistor burnt out along with the block and part of thick wires.
3: passenger side electric window doesn't work.
It started life with my sister, then my mum took it on a couple years later, then last summer came along with its mot and the power steering became bad. Mother needed estate car so bought one in last summer. The car as been left to me to do with as I wish. I already have two cars so the punto isn't needed.
My options would be fix (approx £250 - £300 in parts)
Or sell it as it is.

Personally, if the rest of the car is in good condition, I'd fix it.

Inside is clean, bodywork isn't the best but not beyond saving. It's petrol cover has fallen off. It's rear fiat badge has fallen off. 1 rear door is dented just below window. It's like how far do I go.

I reckon it's worth fixing, as it should have a good few years left in it yet.
