Basically I fail at life and after doing some engine work I re attached the bonnet catch and forget to re attach the wire to it... Now I'm locked out my bonnet...
Ideas??

Fiat punto 2002

Easy just lift the front up(jack up and put on axle stands) and climb under and reach in.
My arm was just long enough to get to the catch.
You can fit a piece of cable to the latch which is out of sight and can be easily grabbed.till you sort the cable issue. Also stops you handling the door handle etc with grubby hands.

Ive done this on our Focus tdci, you should be able to fit a flat blade screwdriver through the grill and release the catch. PITA but it can be done
