500 Fiat 500 sport

Hi I'm new to fiat forum and Iv got a problem with my fiat 500 sport.. When I put my clutch in my revs seem high and when I put it in reverse my revs go really high to 3000 revs! Has anybody heard or had it happen to them before? No one seems to know what it is before I have to take it to the fiat garage?
