Hi folks, maybe I'm a little bit stupid but I've just bought a new Panda pop which promised me a stereo with an mp3 input, so where the Hell is it?? looks like a bog standard CD/Radio to me??

The CD player plays MP3 format files, so that's one aspect. But if your car has the Blue&Me facility (with USB connector for MP3 Player or iPhone under a sliding Windows-logo'd cover), then you should find a 3.5mm audio jack plug next to it, down on the centre console somewhere.

The way this feature is advertised is a bit slippery. As R1NGA says, unless you have paid for the Blue&Me upgrade, MP3 compatibility is limited to being able to play MP3 files that have been burned to CD via the CD player. Without Blue&Me, there is no aux input. You can buy an aftermarket accessory that can be fitted by removing the radio and plugging a connector into the back, but otherwise your stuck with CDs.
