Hi, Punto owner looking for advice. New to Fiat and having a few wee issues.
Love my car though, nippy wee thing.
Power steering light has come on 3 times in last week, seems to be when I'm turning into a parking space or on tight roundabout. Goes off once car restarted. Using city mode just now to avoid it happening again ??
Any advice appreciated

Hi, and welcome to FF, : - }
depending on the age of your punto,
it may still be under warranty - if so get it checked,


the chances of the steering itself having failed, are much less likely than a power supply issue,


a failing / tired battery is favourite, closely followed by poor connections.


there are ways of finding out how/ why it's failing,( when the light comes on it should store a fault code.. getting the code read will help highlight the problem,)
