Can anyone give me advice on key code pick up aerial at ignition for fiat stllo dynamic:

you need to go to Fiat to get it , they will ask you to pay for it

Hello.. what actual advice do you need to know, is it the code for key or do you have a problem with the aerial for picking up the transponder ??

Jatkinson I have ordered the new aerial ring from fiat, and it's 8 pound approx,
Mhowse thank you for response and yes have a problem with the aerial picking up the transponder I believe? Car has broken down on me a couple of times whilst travelling along, immobiliser kicks in and I'm going no where! I have a little jiggle in ignition and around end of ignition barrel where I believe the aerial is?? ( black plastic ring) and suddenly immobiliser goes off and I can start the car again, firstly do you know if this ring contains a coil of some description, secondly the small white plug that has some white wires going into this plastic ring could they be faulty??? Or Not connecting, loose connection does flash up?

Oh by the way Mhowse fiat tell me there is nothing wrong with my car key, apart from the buttons not working they said it's ok
