Hello, My name is Jim and I am from Cleveland, Ohio USA. I bought my 500L on July 6th and after a rough start due to several dealer caused issues and a bad battery from the factory, I can honestly say I love my 500L Lounge. I replaced my 2008 Honda Fit/Jazz. I liked the Honda for what it was, simple transportation. It handled like a go-kart but didn't have any power.
I am an avid car guy and have and have had several domestics, a VW Gen III Jetta/Ventos, and several Honda models. I always liked the Fiat style and performance, but the 500 was a bit small. When I started reading about the 500L I knew it was the car for me. As soon as they were in stock I made my move.
I travel quite a bit for work and always take the time to see the cars that we don't get int he USA. I have lived in Canterbury, England for a bit int he early 1990's and also spent a length of time in Swindon in 2006. I love the UK and if someone offered me the correct job, I would be on the next plane out.
