Hi bros, I am new here. Somebody know the modle number or have details of Bravo 1.4 120hp AMT gearbox?

I want to flash the ecu, it was said there will be 40nm increase. I am worry about it's harmful to gearbox.

Flashing Ecu will affect the span or not?

Thank you verymuch.

Hi,
Mine is running upsolutr.com remap for a year now.
No problems yet.
120 dualogic.
Btw, the 120 petrol and 1.6 diesel dualogig are using the same dualogic geabox.
The 1.6 has 300 Nm while the 1.4 t-jet is 206 Nm.

IMO i doubt there wont be any problems. Ive read somewhere that the max rated torque for the dualogic was only slightly higher than the 120 engine's max torque (in the range of 250,might be wrong tho)

Its also worth noting that both the multiair 140 and the 150hp versions are not available in dualogic.

My bravo is a dualogic and i can certainly tell you that it doesnt handle abuse very well. It feels better than an automatic but generally speaking all automated clutch transmissions are less reliable than conventional autos.

To answer your question, I personally wouldnt do it because it will shorten the gearbox's life, specially the clutch.
