New to this site - chances prob posted in wrong section!

I have a 2003 stilo 1.6 with cd player and a/c etc controlled by dials
can these be upgraded to the stilo satnav unit and climate control unit?

And if they can how easy is it to do?

You can upgrade to satnav but the telephone and satnav functions will need extra wiring which won't be predisposed in your car. You need an arial to use the sat nav and microphone for the telephone. Not an easy install and easiest with a stilo equipped with it to butcher. And I will add the satnav heady it is really not very good or up to date ie no bluetooth

If you look for MarkThompson4's thread in the Member's Motor's section of the forum, he 'Abarthed' his Stilo, which included the Connect Nav and digital controls.
