[FONT=&quot]You then see a page showing your disc usage/allowance[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot]Here you can choose the picture(s) to upload, create albums, etc -[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]You can also edit the title of your picture and other settings:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Once uploaded (and for any picture in gallery) you will see the page below[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The part circled in red is the part you need to copy if you want to post that image in a thread/post.[/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot]So, while we are talking about posting, how do you post a new thread?[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Firstly, find the section you want to post in. I’m sure you can manage that if you found this guide[/FONT][FONT=&quot] however if you’re stuck start at www.fiatforum.com/forum and you will see the forum main page:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot]You can scroll to where your post needs to go, here I've selected the 500 section as an example.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]You can just click on the word '500' or the image itself.[/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot]So click on the new thread:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot]You will then be taken to the page to write out the new thread:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Here you can type in your post (don't forget title and a relevant prefix!) and then hit Submit Thread (if you want to see how it looks first then hit Preview Post but remember to hit submit after or it won’t get posted)[/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot]Let’s say you want to add a bit more to the post like images, attachments etc.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]If you want to post a FF gallery image then use the link shown above in the gallery section.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]If the image is hosted externally (ie. photobucket, instagram, flickr, etc) then: right click on the image, select "Copy Image Address" (or your browser's equivalent) then click on this icon [/FONT][FONT=&quot]

and a box will pop up.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot]Paste the image address in here and click okay. Your image will be in the post.[/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot]Now a great feature that saves uploading separately is the attachments feature, so click on this icon

[/FONT][FONT=&quot]and you will get this[/FONT][FONT=&quot]:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Click on browse and navigate to the image/file you want and select it.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Oonce you have all the files you want selected then select upload.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Once uploaded you can then close the window.[/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot]So your image is attached but where do you want it?[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Click on the post where you want to put the image then click [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]and see the uploaded files, then click on the image name and it’s attached! Easy[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot](you will also see different fonts, colours etc options in top of the text box)[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Once done, click on submit thread.[/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot] Posting a reply to a thread is almost the same.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]when you want to post a reply you have a few options[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Above I've highlighted the main sections[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]From left to right:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]'New Reply' this will take you to a page to type out your reply[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]'Quick Reply' this allows you to reply to the thread quickly without the full editor[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]'Quote' this allows you to quote only the specified post[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]'Multi-Quote' this allows you to quote multiple posts with one reply[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]'Like' & 'Dislike' this allows you to like or dislike the post[/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot]Using search, FAQ’s, Guides etc[/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot] Nearly all your car related questions will have been asked before so please use the search function.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]If you are searching just one forum section then the easiest way to search is here:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]If you click on a member's name (as above) you see various links in this drop down menu, as you see it gives a link to private message, email, visit homepages, etc (if set in their user CP).[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Also you can see an [/FONT][FONT=&quot]

image allowing you to add them to MSN, some other IRC programs are supported too.[/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot]If you know a username you can private message them direct by going into your private messages:[/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot]and putting their name as the addressee.[/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot]How about a bit of a time out from cars?[/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot]Well, we have the Leisure Lounge for all your non-car related chat.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Also if you want to kill a bit of time you can head up to the arcade for loads of games to play.[/FONT]​
