Hi all, Just bought myself a fiat seicento sporting michael schumacher in Red. I bought it as a bit of a project as it's an M.O.T failure! and also I plan to use it as a run around to help keep the miles down and wear + tear etc off my BMW M3. I chose the the fiat seicento sporting michael schumacher as I think that it looks pretty funky for a small car and if your going to have a small car then it may as well be a bright looking and fun one?!.

As it stands it's a 2001 y reg with 47k on the clock, It needs a few bits doing to it for the M.O.T, these are what needs doing so far;

Altenator + belt

Battery

2 rear shocks

Exhaust

And a petrol tank!

It needs a damn good clean and t-cut + polish etc. Will give it a full detail when I get it home!. Has a few minor scrapes and a couple of minor dings but all easily sorted. Other than that it's quite a tidy little car, with good tyres/brakes and no rust etc.

Paid a fairly good price for it so should have more than enougth room in what it will be worth in tip top condition to play with....fingers crossed anyway! (y)

I was looking at how to do bits and bobs on the car on Google and this forum kept coming up with really helpful info....so I thought that I'd join up :)

Here's some of the E-bay pics of the car, will post up some more when I get it home and then show How I get on with it and hopefully it'll end up in tip top condition. I will proberbly be asking lots of silly questions...so please be nice :D

Thanks for looking

Bishy

Thankyou :) hopefully it'll look pretty spanking soon, going to spend the weekend cleaning it! (y)

as a random note, was looking at insurance groups today. Did you know a schumi is insurance group 9 but a sporting is 7. Bit cheeky as they are the same at the end of the day.

Good luck with your little project fella, looks like quite a tidy one from them pics, welcome to the red seicento club (y) Red cars are the fastest, everyone knows that ;)
