Just got my red/black Abarth on 8/17/12 and just can't get over how much I love it. I had been a MINI Cooper owner since they first came to the US and was about to replace my Clubman with a Roadster when my husband told me about the Abarth. I immediately made inquiries and got on the waiting list that very day at the dealer in MInneapolis. This car is so much fun to drive. I can't get over the responsiveness in Sport mode! I am a little disappointed in the lack of attention this sweet car is getting in my neck of the woods but what can you expect from rural WI where pick-up trucks rule? They just don 't know what they're missing.
I do wish Fiat did a better job of promoting this vehicle in the US. We do have a couple of super cool TV commercials but that's pretty much it. On the other hand, if they had done a better job of advertising, I probably wouldn't have been able to snag one.....Whenever I think of my new car I can't help but get a big smile on my face!

I only wish there were more Fiats on the road around here....there are only 3 other Abarths in the province I live in, so meeting one on the road is akin to winning the lottery. Even 500s are few and far between.

You can bet I'd be ogling the heck out of your car if we passed each other!LOL

I plan on posting a pic soon. I had a black scorpion sticker put on the passenger side of the hood- similar to a pic I had seen on line. The paint sealant is being put on tomorrow and maybe then I'll be able to post a pic!

It will be two weeks on Friday. Just had the paint sealant put on today. Your ride looks sweet as well! We don't have many models to choose from over here --pretty happy with the Abarth, tho. Fiat does have a very nice cherry or candy apple red. I'm very happy with the color choice.

Just posted a picture but I don't see it yet! Just have to be patient I hope.

The short and best answer is, "Not long enough."

But seriously, we've had the Abarth since about March 2012. Can't wait for the Cabrio version to arrive next year.

Yes, the Cabrio version of the Abarth will be very appealing.
THe 500 TURBO coming out this Fall also looks quite nice.

yes the cabbies my favourate one, looks great in a dark colour with a deep red colour for the top
