Well i was never a fiat buyer will have to admit, kinda grew up with the stigma of what some people say it stands for, but having been a van owner of other makes for years i will admit i kinda allways had an eye for the scudo ducato, the new model ducato are a fair van,
But anyway having consulted my friend mechanic whom i know all my life regarding the ducato he said to go and buy. It is a project but im getting there, it's booked in for a full respray next week and the mechanics are coming along nicely, i just have to sort out the bits outside the engine and box for him, (kinda and agreement between us both) he does make me runaround for the bits and pieces.
so iv taken some shots of the van when i got it
and il take some when finished and put them up on here.
It was an abused van but its all there, at least i have a good engine and gearbox to start with
sounds like you have your work cut out for you lol but im in the same boat myself, i heard all the stories, some of which im living with lol buit when my car came along at 500 quid i couldnt refuse and that was with a full years test lol
awww the scrappies are legends for me atm, need a hub and a new bearing, then its just the usual old itialian electrics to find......any one have the number for nasa? lol
