Hi there,
Not sure where to post this question....
Can anyone tell me how to contact someone at Fiat Head Office in Canada? I'm having major problems and everyone seems to just be telling me that there is nothing they can do and/or pushing me off to the next person. It's a constant merry-go-round for the last 5 months! "Go to the website and find it yourself" was what Fiat Canada customer help line told me yesterday. What? I just bought a new car from you... The dealer is a nightmare to work with and my problem remains unresolved. I'm at my wits end. Seriously I can't take much more.
I love my Fiat BUT the dealer and Fiat Canada won't help me. Car good. Customer service is beyond terrible. In fact it's the worst I've ever experienced.
Anyone, anywhere know who I can contact to get resolve?
