I'm about to let my '05 Panda Dynamic go and want to replace it with a 1.3 Doblo diesel. The Panda has almost 90k on it & I want another trouble free car. What problems do these MPV's have & why have the 1.3 & 1.9 diesels been replaced with the 1.6?Might I be safer buying a Partner or Berlingo as a local car trader is telling me to leave the Fiats alone.Any thoughts anyone? Thanks,Dave.

Local trader (who wants you to buy his cars) or a internet forum with loads of knowledgeable doblo owners......mmmmmmmm hard choice.

Look in the doblo section and ask any questions there(y)

p.s. I prefer the 1.9JTD engine to the 1.6

That's just WAY too funny!!! Doesen't that joker realize that most of the commercial Peugeot vehicles that he sells are also sold as Fiat's and they're all made in the same factories? The Partner/Berlingo is the only one that's not shared with Fiat. If you leave the Fiat's alone, you'll also be leaving alone all of the other vans that he's selling.

I avoided the Berlingo / Partner when I was buying simply because they're smaller inside! I would go for a car that meets your needs first, worry about badges last. The Doblo has never failed to be versatile and reliable for me.

i've had my 56 reg doblo 1.9 cargo since November & have done roughly 9k in it so far which has been totally trouble free. The doblo has been great. I'm averaging 49mpg since remapping it

I was really unsure about having a Fiat due to so many people saying they've had loads of trouble with them. However, I had a P reg Bravo 1.8hlx years ago which i bought when it was 3yrs old. The only problem i had with it in 2 yrs & 20k miles was the when it went in for a service & they valeted it & managed to get water in the elecs. Needed a new ecu which was done for free.

i have an 08 1.3 doblo van, its been nowt but trouble, hence I'm here looking for solutions. I won't buy another.. :(
