Punto Radio Unlock Code

Recently bought a Fiat Punto Mk2 for son, but radio has gone off for no apparant reason & is asking for code. Have tried contacting previous owner but no joy. Can anyone help with a code?

Serial No. 7642 274 316
(Last 2 numbers are very faded so had difficulty in reading)

I have a blaupunkt radio in my punto grande and it went of i paid £10 for the code but it has not given me the chance to enter it .
My brother took the car for a repair and during this the radio locked up he took out the radio and tried to enter some numbers off of it so now it reads "Radio blocked please wait" its been weeks like that .
Is there some way i can reset it so i can put in my code?

You will need to leave the radio and ignition switched on continuosly until the "Radio blocked please wait" message clears, then enter the code.
