I`ve just bought the forementioned and can honestly say i`m impressed! Can`t wait to get it modded!! Just one question,can you let me know of any common problems with them? Just so i know what to look out for.

common problem is injector fail

nice little cars and because of low weight they are fairly pokey. best to modify the brakes as I seem to remember they are not even vented.

Nope, standard is solid disks in front, drums at the rear.

The best thing about the Bravo/Brava is the number of options available from the parts bin. Fiat Coupe brakes are a straight forward swap, the modular chassis means basically all of the Fiat range of engines can be fitted as well as an Alfa V6. Because the Brava is a five door they don't get modified as offen it would be good to see a stealth school run looking car doing low 12's.

yeah i wouldnt bother wasting your money on the 1.6 engine, your best bet even if you dont want a turbo, and perfectly good mk1 hgt engine would be a straight swap, might be a bit tighter on sides due to the hgt wings being a little wider than the standard ones
