The problem i have is m,y van starts on what sounds like 2 cylinders and then on 4 and sits at the idel revs when u press the accelerator all you get is a few shudders as the engine trys to fire but there's nothing. There is alot of white ish smoke but it has a weird smell not diesel or oil smell, it puzzled the aa guy that was out for almost a hour. the faults he found was Throttle actuator control/ range performance (bank 1) and Egr out of range but he said these faults didnt add up top the problem.

iv looked everywhere and cant find much info on this engine can anyone help me out with some ideas dont want to spend 100's to find out its something simple.
