I have a MK1 Punto 1998.Can anyone advise me how to bleed the clutch system.I have replaced the master cylinder 3 times and all after roughly the same time have failed.Admitted that they were used,seems funny they all behaved the same.I try to blled the system and always the clutch pedal losse pressure,Thanks.My mail address is [email protected] be grateful for your help
 
Hi Jim,

the failure of them isn't unheard of ,but the pattern with yours seems to suggest another possible issue,
is it a separate fluid reservoir on yours,? maybe post in the Punto section..,

I had a Tempra which kept getting a dry slave cylinder ,
it needed 60 psi bleeding through to shift A LOT of crud..!,

I gave a fairly lengthy summary of clutch bleeding in the new panda section, if you want to search it out,
