Hi everyone,
I'm really toying over the idea of Part Ex-ing my Fiesta Zetec 1.4 Petrol (which is completely pants on fuel) and switching to a diesel. I like the Grande Punto diesel 1.3 90bhp and the 1.9 Sporting variants.
I guess I'd like to know which would you go for, pro's and con's of each? Insurance is not really an issue as they're both around the same price. Is the 1.3 that much more economical on fuel than the 1.9 or is it worth sacrificing a few mpg for the seemingly better performance of the 1.9? Would appreciate some advice from owners of each and what to look for when buying these cars?
