HELP!!!!!!!!! Hi, can anyone give me advice please it turns out my steering column has a fault and i need a new one.... a new one is very expensive i have been quoted for a refurb one and thats still expensive at £352.00 then there is the labour on top ov that..... would it be wise to buy a second hand one shurburn motor spares are selling a second hand one for £78.00 what do u guys think

Hi MacClan, welcome to the forum and sorry that you're first post is about a problem but I'm sure that you will get plenty of advice from members in the Punto section.

My advice would to be not to take any chances on S/H items unless you can be absolutely certain that it has not come from a car involved in any sort of accident, if you can see it/try it on the car before it is removed would be best.
