Fiat punto 99 struggling to start

Hi, im not sure how to start a forum but my punto failed to start when it was -14 outside after I had owned it for a year and it was a perfect started, ive fitted 2 batteries, thinking the 1st one I got was no good, also changed the alternator, it seems better then all of a sudden it wont start and it seems like the battery is drained. I am trying to sell it but I dont know what the problem is or whatelse I can replace to fix it.
