Hi. Have recently bought a High Roof Doblo to use as a mobile office and reckon this will be the car for me for the forseeable future due to their unique dimensions (smallish-car; ultra high roof).

Decided to overhaul it before using it. So far I have changed the gearbox with a new box from a nearly-new write-off; have replaced the door check strap; undertaken a full service - air, fuel & oil filters; replaced the clutch; replaced all tyres; & the rear bump-stops.

Mobile office adaptations: Installed desk & drawer pedestal; 1500W inverter; 2 x 110 amp leisure batteries & split charging regulator; 240v power points; blacked out rear windows; installed black out curtains.

I have also replaced the diesel particulate filter (DPF). But this does not seem to have stopped the car going into limp mode, so this may have been a waste of time and money (£413 for the part plus £115 fitting). I am currently trying to work out what the real problem is. Suggestions gratefully received.

hi had same problem got partical filter burnt and cleand out, but e.r.g valve was bust ,so glogged partical filter after 10 mile. had to go to dealers and get a forced regenaration 70 quid. also check turbo or turbo pipe how did you change door strap cant figer it out cheers
