Hey guys, I'm thinking of purchasing the new 500, but before I do, I want to know all the NEGATIVE stuff about it, need to report it all back to my mechanic or he won't let me live

I know all the positives about it, probably going to go for the 1.4 sport version, or the luxury.

So whoever has had it for a while and had problems with it, or knows someone who has - please share your information here, or point me in the direction where I can find it.

It will be under warranty so he dont need to know about it

yep, I found whats wrong with the car after actually having a proper look at it.
it has NO space to put anything in! where do you put ur map, sunglasses, cds, random stuff, anything?! I don't understand why FIAT made such a cool looking car with no storage space what so ever, apart from a hole in front of the passenger seat, i don't even count that as storage space - it doesnt close!
Anyone agree? Or do you guys have nothing in your car and walk around with a little bag, keeping all these things in it.
This car is like the opposite of a Yarris (not comparing anything else, just the storage spaces), where you have about 10 different places to put your stuff in, and here - hardly one!

whats wrong with the door pockets?
the under passenger seat storage?
the back of the seat pockets?
the little cubby hole in the top of the "glovebox" compartment?

If this is the only thing you have to call negative against the little Bambina then rock on!
