Hello, I am refurbing my round nose finally. Struggling to find some parts.
Scrubing off undercoat and surface rust prior to getting a couple of patches welded. Then rust treat and protecting to be done.

1. Radiator lower support
2. small bracket on passenger side for front bumper - by the tyre

Tried ebay and autodoc. Cannot get ePER working
I would like to work out part number and search again.
Saw threads that said Fiat dealer or breakers. Ideally want new.

Thanks in advance

Finally into ePER and could not find a part number to search for! on has driver side drawn up.

Emailed DandM.

If anyone has parts they want to sell please give me a shout.

Photos added.

Thanks Lee

'Emailed DandM'

total waste of time with DandM..... (assume that's DA Motors, Wickford, Essex, SS11 7HQ)

Have e-mailed them several times over the last few months for a couple of bits, but never even had a reply. In fact two of the e-mails were 'returned to sender', with the message
'The following addresses failed:
[email protected]
retry timeout exceeded'

Given up on them, sadly, and been trying other fiat breakers...

That’s sad news about DA Motors, if it means what I think it means. The shear numbers of Multi’s heading to breakers in the last 2-3 years should mean it’s not too hard to find one, in the short term. I think it highly likely most will go straight to the crusher though, so unless you put in a word at your local you’ll be lucky to find one for picking the bones of.

As for the radiator bracket, I’ve a feeling they are no longer available from Fiat. They’re very susceptible to rust. Finding a good second hand one will be pot luck. It might be worth getting in touch with Shop4Parts or Desira.

I can’t help with the other bracket. As I described in another thread sometime ago when I found out what was going on, Fiat Europe had a big clear out of spare parts stock for the Multipla around 2016-17. Anything that wasn’t taken on by local dealers (unlikely) or sold via the listings that someone at Desira Group was kind enough to set up online at the time, subsequently got scrapped. That’s a crying shame for enthusiasts, but not isolated to the Multipla.

Thank you both.
Possibly get something repaired/fabricated.
I will make some calls too.

Everything else not too bad.

Bumper removal. Lots of penetrating oil.
Fastenings at bottom.
Indicator out, spring off. Get access to another fixing. Wheel Arch covers out or pushed to side.
Fog lamps out.

Part numbers:

Radiator bracket: Roundnose 46510936; squarenose 51731758. Not sure what the differences are between the two.

Bumper bracket, out: 46516195. The same item is listed for both sides. I can't see a separate item for squarenose. As the above part starts with 46, which is usually a tell-tale that it's for the earlier (roundnose) models, I assume that's what you're after. It welds on to the collision beam. There's also another bracket that drops from the collision beam that the radiator support bracket bolts to, also welded, further inboard. That is handed - LH 46510019; RH 46770671. It can be seen in your first photo.

Cheers for this.
Radiator bracket, Stoneacre dealers can get from Italy - £146 and 3 weeks.
Bad bit is straight section in middle so I think we will try a patch
Bumper bracket is bold on and I think we can weld a tab on here to support bumper.
Welded part is higher up.
Should have done rust work a couple of years ago when I sorted the rear subframe.
Ho hum.
Bilt Hamber 80 rust treatment used back then has worked well and I am using it again to turn stuff back to something that can take paint.
Then I will waxoyl type stuff it.

DAM Fiats - John - what a nice knowledgable guy.

Email address is wrong on website should be [email protected]

Getting me final prices for a bunch of stuff in the morning - but has the all important bottom bracket.

Says it is same on MK 1 and MK 2

Some semi naked shots of her - skirtless. ;)

Shame he hasn't bothered to change it, must lose him custom, as I have spent money he might have made buying from other sellers, because he didn't answer the e-mails sent to the address on his own web page!!
Wonder how many others have done the same?? Surely not rocket science to alter the details on your own website. Not very professional, that's for sure..

Bundle of great parts arrived including good bracket arrived from DAM fiats. Very very happy & good prices. John reckons bracket for radiator are same on MK1 and MK2 which is worth knowing.

Hugh, I think it is an older style business that works best on phone, I made them aware of email address issues on website and hopefully whoever set it up for him will sort it soon. tel 01268 767424
