Just noticed that my Multipla only has 1 reversing light. thought it must be a broken bulb and so removed the bulb unit etc to find that there was no connector on the bulb pins and no connector available. There is a bulb in there and I tried all fog lights etc but none of them activated the light.

It is the innermost middle light on the bulb cluster, just inwards of the indicator. This is on nearside. The reversing light on the offside is the one that works.

Any thoughts? Do the UK models not have 2 working reversing lights?

Thanks,

Rob

Not sure which variant you have, but I have a 2005 (facelift) Eleganza, and that defo has 2 reversing lights, just been and checked.
Possible that other variants might not have had all the fittings? (some have 4 electric windows, others front only, others have reversing sounder, others don't).
Is yours a roundnose or a facelift?

Mines a mk2 too how do you get to the rear bulbs tho please? Barry

There are 3 bolts to undo, two you can see when you remove the side panel, (D) the other, (E) is hidden behind a round plastic plug, (C) that needs to be removed (a real P.i.t.a. too!!) BEWARE.. this 3rd nut may well drop into the depths, never to be seen again, so you may need a spare to replace it when replacing cluster.
The other 2 nuts you can see, are much easier to get hold of, and hold on to..
Have added a pic of the page from the user manual for you. Hope this helps :) PS hope this works as well!!
