Hi all,
Having trouble selecting gears, now and again, i'm going to attempt bleeding the clutch system this weekend, she is a 2010 1.9 diesel and i have read a couple of how too's on the forum, but they all seem to be on older Multipla's, can anyone point me to a step by step guide on the newer models, ie- is the bleed nipple in the same place, how do i access it.... etc, ect..

I think I wrote something on here about it for my MK2 somewhere I woudl say about 2 years ago.

From my decaying memory ... pretty much the same pig of a job.
Bleeder local to slave is a slider thing rather than bleed nipple.(could have been my older one was a aftermarket slave)

There is still a bleed nipple (2nd) on bulkhead on a block.

There is no tried and tested way of doing this. You likely need both several times and way more fluid than you would think.

Are you doing a pressure bleed or a back bleed pushing fluid. I pressure bleed as do not have back bleed kit. Mechanic pal back bleeds them pushing fluid in at nipple.

Yes slave first - easiest to get. If not working after that do the bulk head.
The slave - squeeze/activate the mechanism with your hand to make sure nothing trapped in the cylinder.

A New Zealand guy posted a link to his youtube video doing gravity bleed, I did not have a wide enough tube on hand to make work, Multipla Clutch Bleeding...Victory!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qKS9upBnpoo
