Does anyone know if the ECUscan program (with the green adapter natch) can read the ABS pump type?
If not, do you know where on the pump the info might be and can it be read without taking the unit out?
I have an intermittent pump fault code on a 1999 105 JTD and I am told that it must be the correct unit or it won't work.
Any help much appreciated

Got one part of the info, the pump type is on top of the ABS pump block on the right - only visible after a good scrub wi' the green scratty thing, but legible as punched in. in the case of the 1998 105JTD and the 2000 105JTD the block id is 46511174 if anyone needs this - I'm hoping it's the same for this range of vehicles but don't quote me

I think the forum ePER will answer those questions for you, as long as you have your VIN and the car is pre-2006. It will provide details of any updates to the part numbers you have.
