Hello
I have a 2005 Multipla Eleganza and recently the Gearbox Mounting failed .
Ever since the mounting was replaced it has a bad vibration on Tickover.
I have since changed all pulleys on the front of the engine including the Crank Pulley, all the other engine mountings have been changed except for the stabiliser bar at the top of engine.
I thought it may be the Dual Mass Flywheel but there isn’t any noise difference when clutch is depressed.
I would be grateful if anyone has any ideas on how to cure this problem.

What's the vibration like when you gradually raise the revs from tickover?

Can you remember what make of crank pulley you fitted?

Is the auxiliary belt tracking on the centre of the idler and tensioner pulleys?

I had a gearbox mount fail and replaced it with an original birth part. The vibration was worse for a 1000 miles or so then settled down. Some say you can try to spray wd40 or similar onto the rubber of the new mount to soften it. That may help your vibrations.
