I'm new here. Hoping someone can help.

It's MOT time, and you guessed it the wiper washer failed today! :bang:
I had a quick look, plenty of fluid - bottle full. Bad news - no sound from motor.

The bottle pump is well hidden behind the bumper - does anyone know of a quick way to test the pump/wiring etc without taking off the bumper?
Is there any another way to get to the pump?

(I have drop links and anti-roll bushes to fit also so any help with the wiper-wash would be appreciated).

Hi Pat. If yours is a round nose with fog lamps then just take out the o/s one and the pump is directly behind it.

Thanks for replying, mine is new shape 2008, I can see the pump from inside engine bay but that's no good as I cannot get to it.

I found the official answer after trawling through eLearn!

On MK2 Multiplas it suggests moving the coolant bottle rather than the headlamp.
